Introducing Steve Bailey, PGSR’s very own Project manager.

Steve enters the business with 30 years’ experience in the power generation industry, he carries a wealth of knowledge specialising in Boiler fan and auxiliary plants, and is more than capable to provide pricing quotes. Steve has executed multiple turn around piping projects for Orica, BP and Caltex.  Steve manages with ease crews up to 200 crew personnel to deliver large capital works.

In the past Steve has managed projects in the defence industry and will be bringing some of this work to PGSR, we are delighted to welcome Steve to the team and we look forward to the variety of new business opportunities he brings to the table. When Steve isn’t executing projects you may find him watching the NRL or travelling overseas where possible.

Richard King is our Tooling and Warehouse Coordinator for the Morisset Facility and is responsible for overseeing the management of project tooling coordination for PGSR both nationally and internationally. With extensive background in project logistics, large scale site establishment and facilitation, Richard is a perfect fit for our team. His history in system development and global event management has allowed him to implement new ways for PGSR to best interact and supply our client’s needs onsite. Richard loves to travel and has been fortunate enough to have visited over 15 countries in his previous roles. When he is not at work you will find him on the water – fishing, travelling Australia in the caravan or flying to a new city.

 

 

Adam is responsible for the finance function of PGSR including the preparation, review and analysis of financial reports to add value to the business. Adam is a CPA with a Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting and has over ten years commercial accounting experience. He has previously worked for large companies in the logistics and resources industries. In his spare time Adam enjoys playing table tennis, spending quality time with his wife and three young children and growing fruits and veggies.

Brooke is responsible for recruitment and management of PGSR Candidates, HR Project Placement, Coordination and Mobilisation for PGSR Projects.

Leanne has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and Project Management roles and oversees the PGSR Project Recruitment and Resourcing function. She has a passion for project administration, policy and procedure development and ensures appropriate HR compliance and project governance is respected throughout each PGSR project. Leanne loves to travel and experience the history, colour, people and food of different cultures.

Brett Taylor is our Facilities Superintendent based at our Morisset facility, and oversees all PGSR Workshop, Tooling and Mechanical activities.

Brett began his career as an Apprentice Boilermaker in Ship Building within the Newcastle region. Since then he has progressed to leadership roles within Power Industry ,Construction, Maintenance , Workshops

Brett has been Site Manager at Port Waratah and Newcastle Coal with contracting companies overseeing  Maintenance Contracts held.

Brett joined the team in May 2023, brings a wealth of Industry knowledge and is always looking for ways how PGSR can better our processes. He takes on the role of Morisset’s Facility Superintendent.

When he is not in the workshop or onsite, you’ll find him going for a ride on motor bikes, big and small, Or traveling to his favourite locations Vietnam and Indonesia

Ron is responsible for the over-arching Business Management of PGSR encompassing company compliance, financials, human resources, business development, facilities and asset management.

Ron has extensive experience working in higher level management positions for RCR Energy, Alstom where he  supported major resource, energy and infrastructure projects across an extensive network of operations in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
