Project Scope:

PGSR was engaged to provide all trades and non-trades resources to execute the major outage works on the Bendeela and Kangaroo Valley hydro turbines. 

Specific works included:

• Runner replacement
• Generator inspection overhaul
• Main inlet valve overhaul
• Hydraulic control system overhaul

Project Duration:
30 weeks – 60hrs/week

Resources provided:
8 – 30,000 man-hours in total

Tooling provided:
Two tooling containers — for general tooling and rigging
