Project Scope:

PGSR was engaged to provide all supervision, trades, non-trades and HSE resources to execute the major outage works on the Bayswater upgrade project.

Specific works included;

• Replacement of 660MW turbine steam path
• Generator stator rewind
• Turbine steam valve overhaul
• STG auxiliary and cooling water system maintenance

Project Duration:
10 weeks – 2 shifts – 60hrs/week

Resources provided:
60 – 60,000 man-hours in total

Tooling provided:
Eight tooling containers including the tooling serving container
