PGSR was engaged to provide all supervision, trades, non-trades and HSE resources to execute the minor outage works on the Mount Piper U2 project

PGSR were engaged to provide labour and tooling for the transformer maintenance at Bayswater power station

PGSR  was engaged directly by Toshiba to provide labour and tooling / equipment resources to execute the Major Outage works on Unit 1  located at Eraring Lake Macquarie NSW.

PGSR  was engaged directly by Freedom Ncube to provide labour and tooling / equipment resources to execute the Minor Outage works on their turbine located at Visy Pulp and Paper Tumut NSW.

 

PGSR were engaged to complete the Gas turbine repair at Mintaro Power Station. PGSR provided qualified trades and supervisory resources to carry out the initial inspection and disassembly of the turbine. Future projects will include the sourcing of spares, assembly and commission of this unit back into service.

PGSR was engaged to provide all supervision, trades, non-trades and HSE resources to execute the major outage works on the Mount Piper upgrade project

Minor turbine inspection and maintenance

Generator inspection and maintenance

Overhaul of LP heater and installation

MSV and TCV inspection and works

PGSR was engaged directly by Toshiba to provide all trade, non-trade, tooling and equipment resources to execute the minor outage works on Bayswater Unit 1 Turbine

Specific works included:

Turbine disassembly, detailed inspection and reassembly

Pre works testing, VT Fuse installation

Inspection of TX Cooler fan, disassembly replacement and reassembly

Disassemble CV Actuator and replace Actuator with rotable spare, reassemble

PGSR was engaged directly by QAL to provide all trade, non-trade, tooling and equipment resources to execute the minor outage works on QAL Turbine and Generator overhaul work.

Specific works included:

• Turbine disassembly, detailed inspection and reassembly
• Emergency stop valve and control valve overhauls
• Generator disassembly, detailed inspection and reassembly
• Overhaul of Turbine and Generator auxiliary equipment including oil pumps, steam condenser and control devices

PGSR was engaged to provide project / site management, supervision, trades and non-trades to execute the minor outage works on the Muja M8 units and major outage works on the  M7 Units.

Specific works included;

• M7 Major Outage – HIP Turbine, Turbine Valves, Minor Generator Inspection
• M8 Minor Outage – Turbine Valves

PGSR Provide Labour and Tooling to perform 2 x Combined MSCV valve disassembly, inspection and re-assembly. Remedial works lapping / valve bush / stem honing and additional works.
